Terms of Service

ShotBridge ("we", "us", "our") provides a tool that connects your Dribbble and Pinterest accounts to automate the posting of your design shots. By creating an account and using ShotBridge, you agree to these terms.
1. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least eight characters. You may not share your account or use it for any automated purpose other than the sync features ShotBridge provides.
2. Connected accounts
ShotBridge requests OAuth access to your Dribbble and Pinterest accounts in order to read your shots and create pins on your behalf. We store the access tokens required to perform these actions. You can revoke this access at any time by disconnecting your accounts from your dashboard, or by revoking the ShotBridge application directly in your Dribbble or Pinterest settings.
3. Acceptable use
You may use ShotBridge only with content you own or have the right to publish. You agree to comply with the terms of service of Dribbble and Pinterest when using this tool. You may not use ShotBridge to post spam, infringing content, or content that violates any applicable law.
4. Service availability
We provide ShotBridge as-is and make no guarantees of uptime or uninterrupted service. The automatic sync feature depends on scheduled jobs and third-party API availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
5. Paid plans and billing
ShotBridge offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. The free tier allows one post to Pinterest. The Pro plan unlocks unlimited posts, scheduled posting, and auto-sync. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at contact@shotbridge.app if you have a billing issue. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with reasonable advance notice.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all ownership of your Dribbble shots and any content posted to Pinterest through ShotBridge. We claim no rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShotBridge is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed posts, duplicate pins, or account suspension by third-party platforms.
8. Account deletion
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@shotbridge.app. Upon deletion, your credentials and OAuth tokens are removed from our systems. Content already posted to Pinterest remains there unless you remove it directly.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of ShotBridge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
